Malwarebytes' Scam and Fraud (4 of 4) - Malwarebytes confirmed to me that they are STEALING my money by NOT refunding my money to me or give me a credit for their false termination of my Malwarebytes Premium purchase on May 15, 2022. Malwarebytes' website is here https://www.malwarebytes.com/. Malwarebytes' phone numbers are 1(650)963-5701, 1(888)247-1614 and 1(669)201-3382 which might change. Hello, Vivian.

As was explained, a refund cannot be issued as our systems will not allow it after 1-year's time.

As we would like to make up for any of your frustrations, please see the discounted purchase link below which offers a Premium subscription
for 1 device under a 1-year term for only $24.95 a year (plus tax if applicable).

Discounted Purchase Link for One Device

Once you repurchase you will receive a new license key that you will need to activate in order to unlock your Premium services.

Simply open the Malwarebytes program.
Click "Activate".

Click "or enter license key".

Then enter your new license from your confirmation email.

Click "Activate" and then "Done".

If there is nothing else, I am going to close this ticket.

Should you have more questions, feel free to reply to this email.

Regards,
