Hi,

Your account was terminated for violating Vimeo's Terms of Service (https://vimeo.com/terms).

Vimeo does not allow you to upload videos ripped from TV, movies, or anywhere else. The golden rule of Vimeo is that you are only permitted to upload videos that you created.

Please keep in mind that the courts decide what is fair use and what isn’t. Courts use these factors (https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/224819867-How-is-fair-use-determined-What-are-the-four-factors-) to decide whether a particular use qualifies, but remember that they can only do so after you have been sued for copyright infringement. The burden of establishing the fair use exception always falls on the person asserting it; the copyright holder does not have to prove the lack of fair use.

We realize this is likely not the conclusion you were hoping for, but since this is our final decision we will be unable to respond any further about this matter.

(3 of 4) Vimeo is a CRIMINAL video hosting social media platform (website) because Vimeo DOESN'T obey the United States of America's laws of Fair Use, Free Speech, DMCA/copyright which includes ripped content from the internet, and other laws of the United States of America. Vimeo is a United States of America's video hosting social media website which is a platform and NOT a publisher.
