Description If the purpose or activity of a political party violates the basic democratic order, the government may file a complaint with the Constitutional Court for dissolution, and the party is dissolved by the Constitutional Court's judgment. The Supreme Court may enact procedures for litigation, internal regulations of courts, and rules on administrative affairs to the extent that it does not violate the law. The Board of Audit and Inspection shall be established under the President to conduct the settlement of accounts of the revenue and expenditure of the State, the accounting inspection of organizations prescribed by the State and law, and the inspection of the duties of administrative agencies and public officials. The chairperson of the National Council of Senior Citizens will be the president just before. However, if the previous president is not present, the president shall nominate him. Laws and treaties at the time of the enforcement of this Constitution shall remain in effect unless they violate this Constitution.
