Description
The message in the picture is the full message that a lying Minds.com's Employee said to a government official that I contacted in my Criminal Complaint against Minds.com to many government officials and in my three part response to this lying Minds.com's Employee's message.

To whom it may concern:

The Minds user, FascinatingVision, was banned from Minds because they violated our content policy regarding posting spam content. The user was reported numerous times by other users of the Minds social network for posting spam comments that broke our content policy, and our internal report shows that the user posted 203 unsolicited, undesired, repeated comments (all generally defined characteristics of "spam") that were posted as comments on other user's content, which were all promoting a get rick quick scheme and linking to an external website called indexdollars.com. I have attached via email a file of our evidence of this user behavior. I have also attached a screenshot of our content policy (https://minds.com/content-policy) explaining why spam is not allowed. We communicated these infractions to the users multiple times.

Regarding the claims of theft of cryptocurrency, our response is two-fold. First, I have attached a screenshot of our general site terms of service, which can be found at https://minds.com/p/terms, which clearly state that a user will forfeit any minds tokens held off-chain in their Minds account if they are banned for any reason. The user has agreed to these terms by using our app and creating a Minds account, and the terms clearly communicated the risk of what can happen if you are banned for breaking the terms. Regarding the user complaint about Minds restricting access to MetaMask, MetaMask is a completely different company than us and we have no ability to restrict a user from accessing their MetaMask wallet. You can learn more about MetaMask at https://metamask.io If this user had transferred any of their minds tokens into MetaMask, then they can still access those tokens as MetaMask is a separate, self-custodial crypto wallet that Minds, Inc. has no control over whatsoever. The user will have their own private key to access this wallet, that Minds has no knowledge of or ability to restrict access to.

If you need any further information, please let us know. But as far as we concerned, we have followed our terms of service and content policy correctly in this case, and deny any allegations
