(2 of 3) - Minds.com is a Scam and a Fraud. #Minds, #Scam, #Fraud, #STOLE, #Crypto, #Money, #BillOttman, #Censorship, #Cryptocurrency

I did contact many government officials here in the United States of America by e-mailing the government officials to file a Criminal Complaint against Minds.com. I did receive a vital e-mail from one of the many government officials that I filed my Criminal Complaint against Minds.com. A Minds.com's Employee ADMITTED to the government official that the Minds.com's terms of service does allow the Minds.com's Employees to STEAL money and crypto from their own users for any reason. Minds.com can ban you for any reason and then STEAL your money and cryptocurrency for any reason.

You can read what a Minds.com's Employee said to a government official about how Minds.com's terms of service clearly state that "a user will forfeit any minds tokens held off-chain in their Minds account if they are banned for any reason". I didn't agreed to those Minds.com's terms of service when I joined Minds.com back in April 2018 and even if I did agree to those Minds.com's terms of service it is still illegal in the United States of America to STEAL. Minds.com's terms of service was changed at least back in 2019 after I joined Minds.com back in April 2018. That Minds.com's Employee is falsely denying they do theft. Minds.com is a Scam and a Fraud. Down below you can actually read what a Minds.com's Employee said to a government official.

2 Regarding the claims of theft of cryptocurrency, our response is two-fold. First, I have attached a screenshot of our general site terms of service, which can be found at https://minds.com/p/terms, which clearly state that a user will forfeit any minds tokens held off-chain in their Minds account if they are banned for any reason. The user has agreed to these terms by using our app and creating a Minds account, and the terms clearly communicated the risk of what can happen if you are banned for breaking the terms.

4 If you need any further information, please let us know. But as far as we concerned, we have followed our terms of service and content policy correctly in this case, and deny any allegations of theft. Thank you for your time.
