X a.k.a. Twitter. Elon Musk's X is NOT a Free Speech social media platform (website) and we all know it. My X Account a.k.a. X Page (Twitter Account a.k.a. Twitter Page) called FascinatingVision with the username @FascinatingVAD was falsely suspended on July 18, 2023 by Elon Musk, the X's CEO Linda Yaccarino and the X's Employees. I never received an e-mail from Elon Musk, from Linda Yaccarino and/or from any of the X's Employees explaining why I was falsely suspended from X on July 18, 2023. I didn't know why I was falsely suspended from X. I then filed an appeal on X in the appeal section. I also e-mailed the X's Employees and/or did an appeal on X in the appeal section everyday starting on July 18, 2023 for more than nine days. I did receive two e-mail responses from an X's Employee explaining why I was falsely suspended from X and how I can have my X Account reinstated.
One of the two e-mails that I received said "Hello FascinatingVision, Your account, FascinatingVAD has been suspended for violating the Twitter Rules. Specifically, for: Violating our rules against evading suspension". I NEVER evaded X's suspension because I only ever had the one X Account called FascinatingVision with the username @FascinatingVAD. I NEVER had one or more X's Account(s) other than FascinatingVision with the username @FascinatingVAD. I asked the X's Employees in an e-mail, and in the appeal section on X to give me proof, facts and evidence which shows that I did evade suspension? I haven't received any proof, facts and evidence from Elon Musk, from X's CEO Linda Yaccarino and/or from the X's Employees which shows that I did evade suspension as of the date of this Post.
