Description
Flammkuchen Toast - Alsatian tarte flambée toast for the small hunger.
You need for 4 people: toast, red onions,1 red peppers, creme fraiche and grated Emmental cheese.Mix 200 grams of crème fraîche with 150 grams of grated Emmental cheese, the chopped onions and the finely diced peppers.Spread everything on the toast slices. Put the whole thing in the oven. Baking time, approx. 10-15 mins,the cheese must be completely melted.
Serve with tomato salad!
