Description
To import a QBO (QuickBooks Online) file into QuickBooks Online, you can follow these steps:
Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner and select "Import Data" under "Tools".
Select "Bank Data" and choose the account you want to import the transactions into.
Click on "Browse" and select the QBO file you want to import.
Review the file and make sure the data is correct.
Click on "Continue" to begin the import process.
It is important to note that QuickBooks Online only allows the import of QBO files that contain bank or credit card transactions. If you are trying to import other types of data, such as customers, vendors, or items, you will need to use a different file format or a third-party app. Additionally, if the QBO file you are trying to import contains transactions that are already in Import a QBO File into QuickBooks Online, the program will not import those duplicates.
