Description Malwarebytes' Scam and Fraud (1 of 4) - I contacted Malwarebytes about they REACTIVATING my Malwarebytes Premium which was to expired on December 29, 2022 but was falsely terminated by Malwarebytes on May 15, 2022. Malwarebytes' website is here https://www.malwarebytes.com/. Malwarebytes' phone numbers are 1(650)963-5701, 1(888)247-1614 and 1(669)201-3382 which might change. Down below and in the picture you can read what I said to the Malwarebytes' employees.

Hello Manager(s), Supervisor(s) and all whom it may concern at Malwarebytes. I am contacting you people at Malwarebytes because my Malwarebytes Premium which I purchased for $52.25 back on December 29, 2020 was FALSELY refunded. I love and want Malwarebytes Premium as result my Malwarebytes Premium was NEVER supposed to be refunded. I also purchased Malwarebytes Privacy VPN for $22.45 back on December 17, 2021. The Malwarebytes Privacy VPN doesn't work for me when I use Wi-Fi due to the Malwarebytes Privacy VPN turning off/shutting down my internet.
The money for the Malwarebytes Privacy VPN was indeed supposed to be refunded and NOT the money for the Malwarebytes Premium. The money for Malwarebytes Privacy VPN was refunded back on January 14, 2022 as shown in my credit card statement. I DON'T want Malwarebytes Privacy VPN. I do indeed WANT my Malwarebytes Premium to be ACTIVE. Please REACTIVATE my Malwarebytes Premium.
You people at Malwarebytes did an error when you give me the same activation key for both the Malwarebytes Privacy VPN and for the Malwarebytes Premium. I included three attachments which deals with my purchases and with this whole error that you people at Malwarebytes did.
