The great original song performed by BW Stevenson. My Maria was his only big hit he also was the original singer of Shambala. It went on to be a big hit for Three Dog Night. Sadly he passed away at 38. Brooks and Dunm did a remake , but I much prefer this version. The brilliant studio session drummer Jim Gordon plays his usual magic
