Description1. Using PCB dismantling to dismantle the electronic components from waste circuit boards.
2. Input waste circuit boards into shredders, the waste circuit boards will be shredded into small particles.
3. Crush them to small granule, which metals and resin fiber will be separated but still mix together
4. Then metals and resin fiber will be transferred to eddy-vibrating screen, to control crushed size, when them small enough,they will go to air separator be separated, if still big, they will go back to crusher to crush again
5. Metals and resin be separated by air separator and electrostatic separator.
6. At last we collect the separated pure metals and resin fiber.
