Dinosaur Game was developed by Google in 2014, created by the Chrome UX (User Experience) team. The game appears when the browser cannot connect to the internet, with simple but interesting pixel dinosaur images. Initially, the project was codenamed "Project Bolan", inspired by Marc Bolan - singer of the band T. Rex.
