Founded by Tim Carnes in 1979 when he was 19, the company quickly grew as did Tim’s desire to ensure quality roofing services to homeowners across the Valley. He spent his first few years fixing leaks, but this sparked a greater interest in working in the roofing field as a whole, and he quickly climbed the industry ladder. By age 22, he was managing 35 employees and by 25, he had his own business.
