Since it first opened, Captain Stanley's in Garner has not undergone much change. You get the impression that you are once again having tea with your parents when they were kids. They have taxidermied seafood on the walls as well as trawlers, boat models, and other nautical decor that is appropriate for a seafood restaurant.
