About Me
David Weisberg began his litigation career in 2001 at the firm of Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch & Lebovits, LLP, one of the top respected litigation firms in the Los Angeles area.
It was at the firm of Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch & Lebovits where David and John first met. Both David and John consistently arrived early to work and left late at night, after most other attorneys at the firm had already gone home. Working together, David and John realized they shared the same passion and qualities that are innate to great attorneys: a passion to help others, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering competitive instinct to beat the opposition.
David gained extensive litigation experience at the firm of Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch & Lebovits where he worked from May of 2001 until March of 2011. David resigned from the firm of Daniels, Fine, Israel, Schonbuch & Lebovits in March of 2011. After a brief sabbatical, David transitioned his career to focus on working for injured individuals. From July of 2011 to May of 2013, David worked alongside a well-respected plaintiff attorney, David Olan, at Olan Law Corporation.
Based on their shared commitment and passion to fight on behalf of individuals against powerful and wealthy corporations and insurance companies, David and John formed Kristensen Weisberg, LLP on May 1, 2013.
