Swabhiman Cottage Industry Producer Company Limited (SCIPCL) is an initiative by disability inclusive women group. A group of 130 women including 42 women with disabilities from rural area of eastern Uttar Pradesh aspired for better life and initiated small cottage industry. Together these women entrepreneurs are inspiring thousands of aspiring young girls & fellow women. Swabhiman is presently producing a wide range of jute products, face mask, uniform and sanitary pad from its production units based at village Dumari and Village Jamru of Gorakhpur district.
