Formally educated, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University as well as a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College.In addition, I am also recognized as a Certified Personal Trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association.
