Cartoon animation is a short film that is hand drawn, which highlights a story for cinema or television. In making cartoon animation, the characters and the story line must be planned first. The artist must put it together in motion. A sequence of figures that shows the slight difference in the stage of motion must be drawn. Each picture has to be snapped separately per frame and then put in the screen in a pace that is just enough to make it look like a continuous movement.
