Welcome to Lindy's Audio Cafe, the podcast series based on simple reflections during extraordinary times. Life gets busy, and in the race for happiness we sometimes miss what is really important. Through personal anecdotes and real stories, my goal is to provide an outlet where you can stop, smell the roses, and allow my stories to bring you to a place of reflection and understanding. The world as we know it is changing fast, but we can still do our best to appreciate the little things and try to make life better for those around us.
Pinball machines have existed since the 1930's and for many people they are a still a hit. Over past decades pinball machines have graced the sets of movies, provided entertainment for teenagers and adults and brought people together in a social setting. In this episode Lindy is joined by Richard Blank, CEO of a call center in Costa Rica. Richard is an avid pinball enthusiast and collector of these vintage games. He even has a collection at the office for enjoyment by all. A fun topic, and it certainly brings back some great memories.

Lindy is an Audio Writer and Podcaster, located on beautiful Vancouver Island. A born and raised Yukon gal, Lindy has a strong appreciation for diverse cultures, nature and sustainable industry. Most important, Lindy is a proud mom and Grammy.
There is nothing boring about Lindy's work experiences. How many people do you know who have washed test tubes in an assay office, flight attended on a Douglas DC-3, used a telex machine, made moose calls to attract customers in a store, sold print and radio advertising, and dressed up as a bear at work? Lindy has, and she has some great stories to tell!
Combined together, her life and work experiences are the driving force behind Lindy's Audio Cafe.
